Online Donation/Payment

The Bulverde United Methodist Church secure Online Donation/Payment website has been upgraded to provide members a capability to set up, manage, and view the transaction history of their automatic (weekly or monthly) donations and one-time donations and payments that go to BUMC. 

For information on setting up a new account for automatic and one-time donations, please read the instructions below.  For those who currently have automatic donation accounts set up, an email will be sent to you from the church office on how to transition your current account information to the upgraded website.  Please read the instructions and information provided before going to the secure website.

Setting Up and Managing a New Account for Automatic Donations and One-Time Transactions

To set up an account, you must initially set up a profile (log in and contact information) on the secure website.

To accomplish this, click on the Online Donation/Payment Link above to go to the secure website, then click on the Create Profile button in the New Member section of the website and enter the information as indicated.

Once the profile has been created you will be brought to a Summary page in which you can add transactions by clicking on the Add Transaction button, view scheduled transactions, edit or delete the scheduled transactions, and view the history of your transactions.

On subsequent visits to the secure website (by clicking on the link above), you will be brought to the Summary page by entering your log in information  in the Returning Member section of the website and clicking on the Log In button.

Alternative Capability for Making One-Time Transactions

The secure website also has a One-Time Donation/Payment section to make one-time transactions that go to BUMC without the need to create a profile.  Using this capability, however, you will need to enter your contact information and banking information each time you make a transaction.  In addition, if any changes need to be made to these transactions after they have been entered and before the fund transfer date, the changes must be coordinated with the church office.  One-time transactions made in this section will continue to be tracked by the church office.  Keep in mind that this section does not support automatic donations.
